SOURCING
SOURCING OF OUR JAMÓN IBÉRICO
Before launching Grand Ibérico, we knew that if we were going to do this, we had to do it right, and that meant going straight to the source.
We traveled to Salamanca, Spain, one of the most respected regions for Jamón Ibérico de Bellota, to see firsthand how the finest jamón is made. We spent time visiting farms deep in the Spanish oak forests where the Iberian pigs roam freely. Seeing the Ibérico pigs living naturally, feeding on acorns, was incredible. You could tell these animals were treated with real care. Being there, seeing the farm firsthand, and meeting the families who have been working the land for generations gave us a whole new appreciation for what we're offering at Grand Ibérico.
We visited many farms and drying cellars, tasting every kind of jamón you can imagine. Out of all the places we visited, one family-run producer stood out. Their dedication to traditional methods and ethical farming was unmatched, and that's who we work with today. That's why we've partnered with them — to bring you the best. Every jamón we serve is 100% acorn-fed, certified, and sourced directly from this trusted producer in Salamanca.
That trip wasn't just about finding the best product, it was about understanding the craft, the history, and the passion behind it. And now, every time we carve a jamón at an event, we're sharing a piece of that journey with you.
