At the heart of our Jamón Ibérico de Bellota lies a centuries-old tradition of craftsmanship and an unwavering commitment to quality. We carefully source our ham from the finest Iberian pigs, raised in the expansive dehesas of southwestern Spain, where the natural environment and climate foster optimal conditions for the production of this luxury delicacy.

Our pigs graze freely on a diet of acorns, or "bellotas," which imparts a rich, nutty flavor to the meat and ensures the distinctive marbling that sets our Jamón apart. These free-range pigs are allowed to roam and feed in the wild, creating the perfect balance between sustainability and taste.
