We arrive before your event to set up everything. It's all taken care of for your peace of mind. The setup is luxurious and tailored to match the tone of your gathering.

As the event begins, our maestro cortador takes the stage. Where they will carefully slice the Jamón Ibérico de Bellota live, right in front of your guests. For any client, trying that first bite becomes a real talking point.

Throughout the event, guests can enjoy freshly carved Jamón served simply on a plate, paired with breadsticks, or beautifully integrated into a grazing table.

FROM OUR FOUNDERS


We started Grand Ibérico because we genuinely love Jamón Ibérico. Not just the taste, but everything behind it. The process, the tradition, the way it brings people together. We went to Salamanca to see how it's really done. We visited the farms, met the producers, and tried so many different legs until we found the quality we were proud to share.

For us, it's not just about having good jamón — it's about the full experience. Seeing it sliced in front of you, trying that first bite, and just enjoying the moment with people around you. That's what we wanted to bring to Monaco; something simple, high quality, and done right.
